Pull-up Bar for Inversions

For this Virtual Class you will need a door hung pull-up bar, a theraband or stretchy pair of leggings. This class will go through a series of exercises to help you retain and gain that aerialist bod by working on inversion muscles and proximal stability using a pull-up bar and theraband. Student does not need to execute a full pull-up but pull-ups will be attempted in the class. Be sure to have a stool or jump band for support if you can not do a pull-up. STUDENT MUST SIGN UP BY 9:00 PM FOR MORNING (am) CLASSES, AND 1.5 HOURS BEFORE EVENING (pm) CLASSES!

Thera-band Together!

1 hour virtual class with Coach Niff. This class will focus on strengthening our proximal stability using Therabands for rotator cuff strength and scapula engagement awareness. STUDENT MUST SIGN UP BY 9:00 PM FOR MORNING (am) CLASSES, AND 1.5 HOURS BEFORE EVENING (pm) CLASSES! Classes will be LIVE via the ZOOM app.
